How do you integrate working out into your busy...
I am relatively new to this “working out” business, but I find that I am much more likely to go if I get it out of the way first thing in the morning. It means getting up a little earlier but I find it is so much nicer when I don’t have it hanging over my head for the rest of the day. During the week, I try to get there by 7am, so I am done by 8am and showered and ready to go...
